Blackend Blue scheme broken?

I tried the other skins and they dont seen to be as badly out of place.

Help me out @fury.

I switched to that one --- everything was in place for me. Resolution problem, maybe?

Working. I cleared all my cookies and cache and it seems to have gone back to working properly.
