Blown tire cause inspection problem?

I thought I remembered hearing crew chiefs telling drivers not to blow their tires doing burnouts because it would make the car too low to pass post race inspection - I didn't hear anything about that after the race Sunday --- did I dream that I had heard that before, or is that just no longer a concern?

I am not trying to take anything away from Harvick - I just thought about this after the race when he wasted the tire and sheet metal.
 
I think the same thing happened to Biffle after the Busch race last year at Gateway.
 
As soon as Harvick's tire blew, I remembered something about it too. But it must not be a big deal, nothing has been said that I have seen.
 
I too remembered that! I think they where allowed to put a tire on to finish post race inspection!
 
Yep there was something said about it after a busch race. I haven't heard anything since then.
