This is NASCAR's stupid restart rules, IMO.

Chex Chex Chex, it wasn't a restart. I was the start of the race. Rule has been in place since Brian was sweeping the stands at Daytona.

It may come as a shock, but the booth guys have nothing to do with what's on the ticker. Also, the commercial breaks are scheduled well in advance, esp. the ones handed off to the local affiliates / content providers.

I am guessing the news came as a shock........

2 tires for the 20, 2 penalties for the 18, and nbc, take your pick. Nbc gives me an opportunity to watch baseball, on another channel.
