That really ticked me off! The change made no sense. Jack Daniels & that black car fit Clint's personality far better than Casey's. I even complained to JD on one of their pages and ended up getting free racing stuff from them. lol Then the next year, they left and so did Casey for that matter. Not so great!

MWR was the last place I thought Clint might show up. I guess Mikey isn't holding it against Clint that he called him the worst driver in NASCAR a year or so ago.....and they played it on-air! LOL

No he isn't, I've been saying that for years, this is a good move for MWR. I say that Clint will do just fine at MWR and win a race next year.

I don't think anyone is doubting the move on Waltrips end, excellent move by them, it's a bit of a shock thats where Bowyer signed.
 
Bowyer hasn't signed a deal as of yet.

One if the articles state that MWR "emerged as the front runner" over Roush, JGR and RPM ;)
 
Petty already had said no to signing him. There's no room at Roush, unless they want to dump Ragan, and while JGR could add a 4th car (I doubt that they would dump Joey), sponsorship would be a problem. I can't see Clint being teamed up with Kyle and Denny either. :rolleyes:
