nascar.com reports 45 teams going to Bristol. They are the 42 full-time teams plue three part-timers: Brett Bodine, Derrike Cope, and Hermie Sadler, who his making his season's debut.
Cope has the most race attempts (1st priority) and owner's points of any of these three, so he is the only one of them who can get a provisional. Bodine and Sadler have to make the field on speed, and if they do, we could see a couple of the lower full-time teams (Foyt and Raines come to mind) going home.
