Bristol Race next weekend

I can only imagine the thoughts that will be running through my mind when they have the tribute car of Alan Kulwicki's on the track at Bristol. Back in 1996 at the Milwaukee Mile, they had the guy who restored the "Underbird" take it up down the front strech...I just remember being a little choked up since I started following racing again when Alan won the championship, but never got to see him in a race.

I'll never forget the sight of the hauler making a lap around the track, in the rain, with all the crews standing on pit wall, and then taking the checkered flag.
