I was about to say the same thing. Daytona is certainly not a good guage for the year. I mean Allmendinger, Sadler, Ragan, Waltrip and Sorenson all had top ten runs in the 500 last year. And how'd that work out for 'em?
 
I thought

The race ended under a GWC when the green was dropped there couldn't be any more gwc's.. So it had to end under a yellow after the wreck happened.. as only one gwc is allowed per race.

Ya know

I didn't see the little rodent a single time.. I did see the underground camera a couple of times. I noticed the view seemed to be out of focus from that camera..however I didn't see or hear anything about the rodent.

I think they should rename the in track cameras to "in track cam" after all we aren't watching Saturday cartoons. AS you can see I am not a fan of "digger".

Neither am I. You ever notice the robot/andriod thing on Fox NFL coverage? Coming back from breaks, when they're doing the "brought to you by" stuff, the robot thing does various endzone celebration dances and such. I alwasy figured the Fox folks figgured that having an annoying crappy little cartoon character do the same sort of thing would somehow be appealing.
 
I guess digger is here to stay.Just got the new Nascar.com superstore catalog in the mail and that pesky varmint has his own page.:mad::mad:

Fox is into animation big time just look at their Sunday night lineup of shows. Just me but I think the dancing robot looks a little gay.
 
I just must not have been paying much attention because I never saw him. I didn't even think about him once so I guess SO FAR they haven't run him into the ground enough for me to notice lol

Hope he is MIA for the 500 as well.....
 
FOX's David Hill confirms less Digger this season. He isn't going to be gone. They will still use the Digger cam but there is to be a whole lot less of him.

I guess they're listening after all. Sorry DW!
