Bud Shootout

I enjoyed the race. It was tedious at times but miles better than that suck ARCA race. Pretty good coverage by FOX and I loved the NFL theme music.

Too bad for Hamlin, i bet he was pissed sittin back there behind Newman all that time knowing you have a fast car & then gettin the shaft from him on the last lap like that. I didn't know NASCAR allowed you to be run below the yellow, they ought to just get rid of the yellow line rule on the last lap. Hope this isn't a sign of how Denny's season is gonna go.

Too me Denny was under it after he got his nose in front of Ryan and I'm not even a fan of Denny Idc for the guy lmao but he won that race imo but w/e Nascar is Nascar

It looked too me like the #31 had the best car all night - except for when it counted.

IMO, the two car thing makes for better racing than the freight train all race.

The ARCA race... same old, same old.

Hamlim as usual was his own worst enemy and it cost him yet again.

The Arca race was one the worst ones I've seen in awhile, usually those races are pretty exciting. I think the 2 car draft is great, if Nascar does away with it once again they will be making a huge mistake.

Great win for Kurt...

As for the rest of your comments......This is for the win...there are no points second place MEANS NOTHING in this race....Winning is all that mattered and the 11 did what he needed to do to try to win on the last seconds of the race....he wasn't going to win behind the other car:rolleyes:

#17D500winner Hamlim as usual was his own worst enemy and it cost him yet again.

BobbyFord tsk, tsk, tsk, Denny

Hamlin Dumb***

racer8 Hamlin should have held his line. But we all know what the results of that would have been.

I think i've only seen 1-2 good Arca races...

But we all know ARCA is the best racing:sarcasm:

Daytona 500 is gonna be a total mess. 43 cars trying to run in two car packs theres going to be a minimum of 10 cautions.

I have a feeling that a lot of people will be complaining about how boring it is to watch tandem racing next Sunday night.

Personally. I didn't see much to cheer about last night. Seeing groups of two cars chained together is not my idea of excitement.

I don't wait around to see what others are saying so I can critique their posts...I call 'em as I see 'em.

Yes, it was a good WIN for #22 because he opted to pass on the outside and above the yellow line...Hamlin did not.

Huh? Can someone translate this for me? I don't understand text.

Maybe the w/e stands for without exception.

Just shows that youngsters use those cell phone texting abbreviations more and more. They are even used in talking! WTF? :D

Just saw a couple reaplys that reminded me...why was Jr not penalized for passing under the yellow earlier in the race?

I don't like the 2 car stuff at all.
I found it all very boring. Worse than usual.
Nice to see Edwards on his game again last night.

I think the 500 will be a little different race than the Shootout, there will 12 more guys out there that are probably not as confident or experienced in the draft...

The 2x2 racing was different and kinda interesting. but I expect during the 500 they will not be doing that until the last 60 or so laps. But I'll be watching the race for sure now.
