Here is what the contenders need to happen IF they do win the race and lead the most laps.
Brian Vickers - nothing - he's the leader and he'll win the championship.
David Green - he'll neeed Brian Vickers to finish 4th or worse without leading a lap, 5th place or worse if Brian leads a lap.
Ron Hornaday - he'll need Brian Vickers to finish 8th place or worse without leading a lap, 9th place or worse if Brian leads a lap AND he'll need David Green to finish 3rd or worse without leading a lap, 4th or worse if David leads a lap.
Jason Keller - he'll need Brian Vickers to finish 17th or worse without leading a lap, 18th or worse if Brian leads a lap AND he'll need David Green to finish 10th worse without leading a lap, 11th of worse if David leads a lap AND he'll need Ron Hornaday to finish 4th or worse without leading a lap, 5th or worse if Ron leads a lap.
Scott Riggs - he'll Brian Vickers to finish 22nd or worse without leading a lap, 23rd or worse if Brian leads a lap AND he'll need David Green to finish 14th or worse without leading a lap, 14th or worse if David leds a lap AND he'll need Ron Hornaday to finish 9th worse without leading a lap, 10th or worse if he leads a lap AND he'll need Jason Keller to finish 2nd or worse without leading a lap, 3rd or worse if he leads a lap.
Bobby Hamilton Jr - he'll need Brian Vickers to finish 23rd or worse without leading a lap, 24th or worse if Brian leads a lap AND he'll need David Green to finish 15th or worse without leading a lap, 17th or worse if David leads a lap AND he'll need Ron Hornday to finish 10th or worse without leading a lap, 11th or worse if Ron leads a lap AND he'll need Jason Keller to finish 3rd or worse without leading an lap, 4th or worse if Jason leads a lap. Nothing Scott Riggs could do under this scenario would win him the championship.

In addition to the above Brian Vickers clinches the championship if he finishes 3rd or better with out leading a lap or 4th or better if he leads a lap.

There are many, many, many scenarios that would result in a tie. HEre are the way the tie-breakers would fall:
Vickers vs Green - Green wins - Both have 3 wins. Green has more 2nd place finishes (3 vs 2) and would win the tie-breaker

Vickers vs Keller - Vickers wins - Vickers has more wins (3) than Keller has (1).
Vickers vs Riggs (Case #1) - Vickers wins - Vickers has more wins (3) than Riggs has (2).
Vickers vs Riggs (Case #2) - Riggs wins - There are 2 scenarios where Riggs would win the race and they would win up tied in points. In that case Riggs wins the championship by virtue of more 2nd palce finsihes (3 vs 2.)
