Yes I am a fan , and I do like the product Nascar puts out . It is far superior to anything else on tv or I would watch something else . And for that reason , I 'm obviously not your "bro" .

Most people that are unemployed are in the situation due to the economy. In Kyle's case it is probably due to his ego and stupidity.People losing jobs is no hehehe imo.

I refer you to TRL's thread.Who knows better than you? Case closed.
I post my remarks like that in the Podium where they belong. Sorry TRL.Muggle knows more about the economy than any of us, he'll tell you that too.
Dodge wanted to stay in the sport but Penske bailed on them. I still have no idea why he decided to do that. He was the top dog at Dodge. Now he's playing second fiddle to Roush at Ford. The Dodge engines were the most reliable in the series. They went 2+ years without an engine failure.I think sponsors see the writing on the wall, that they are wasting money in Nascar and NHRA, look what Dodge did and that was after winning a championship with Kes. Profit margins are hard to come by in this economy, sponsors look at what that exposure is getting them at the track and I think for some it isn't worth the effort. Does putting Ford on the side of a car sell more cars come monday at the dealer ships? I doubt it is significant any more or they would stay in NHRA.
No ....Dodge wanted out it wasn't in their marketing plan with the new group at Fiat. Fiat was not going to devote millions to Nascar.Dodge wanted to stay in the sport but Penske bailed on them. Are you sure? I remember hearing that Dodge wanted to stay in the sport but no powerhouse team was available. No ....Dodge wanted out it wasn't in their marketing plan with the new group at Fiat. Fiat was not going to devote millions to Nascar.

Yeh that was a major reason but Fiat also wants to take a different path on the high performance cars that Dodge has been promoting and producing, hence smaller cars like the Dart. Dodge has left the door open for the future, but I think you would see Honda or Hyundai in Nascar before you would see Dodge again. Are you sure?
