Camping World Truck RACE thread

Kind of in a hard place here.. I don't want a cup guy to win, but I picked Chase to win the race lol.
 
A guessin' game.

When they get into the last portion of the show, what will the caution to get a restart be for?
 
When rowdy wins the truck race he should skip victory lane and drive his truck straight to the nascar hauler lmao
 
I wonder how much kybu will pay the 27 team for that restart stunt. Blocking the outside lane so he could get gone.

Rewind it and watch it again. It's my opinion and obviously you don't agree but that's expected.

Nascar threw the yellow for smoke in the xfinity race.

Doesnt throw the yellow when busch lost a tire & pancaked the wall in the truck race.

Good for Bell, had a dominant truck. Outside lane was slow all day on restarts but Crafton did a good out there on the last one. I think the track changing from day to night might of had something to about that, we'll see how things go for Cup tomorrow.
 
Pretty snoozer race overall. Looking forward to seeing these guys at martinsville
 
I think Bell has taken a step. Great race. BTW--Did anybody notice how pumped that selfish son of a bitch Kyle Busch was when Bell won pole? Didn't think so.
 
Short review from trackside:

This was the race I was waiting for. Chase Elliott's first home race in a truck.
Eddie D'Hondt was his spotter so I was use to hearing them communicate. Probably because
I was so focused on the Chases truck that I enjoyed the race more. He was strong early
then blew a tire. He kept his cool came in and got 2 and did not lose a lap. The race
seemed to be a little more entertaining than the Xfinity race. When the black truck
went to the wall I had no idea that was Busch. I thought it was some rookie
going for it and lost it. No smoke , no debris, no caution, which was good. Chase was
a 7 th place truck but managed to squeeze a 5th out right at the end. After the race when
he was getting the lugs checked, he radio'd his crew chief to tell him they were holding
him a little longer because there might be a lug nut issue. Well that turned into other
issues such as front end height, so that will be announced next week. Christopher Bell
was strong all race, and was happy for his win. That was a long day in the stands,
9 a.m. - 7 p.m. , but glorious. 7.5 out of 10.

You have some good insight into the races. We have a "Race pics and experience's" thread pinned at the top of the Nascar Forum. You should post your experiences and or pictures there so they don't get lost in the shuffle.
