I agree that was last Sun. But Nascar needs to do something. Make it against the ruls or say it ok. One of the two.

They have, they said It was ok. There is no rule that you can't, so yes you can pass under caution.

Oh I know they said it was ok. But they need to do it every race. Not put one driver back when he does it and let another go. be consistent about it. That is what I mean do away with the gentlemens agreement.
