Chase Darkhorse?

So who is your darkhorse pick to do well in the Chase? You know, someone other than JJ, Gordon, Kez, etc.

I'm gonna go with Greg Biffle as my darkhorse. That team's been running well lately, and there are some tracks coming up that he's pretty good at.
 
Almirola, had a 9th at 1.5 Atlanta, and a 10th at Richmond, those numbers I think will get you to the next round if he can hold them. Almindinger is getting three new cars for the first three races with RCR's help. I hope he don't wreck em..no decent backup. I would like to see him make it to the next round. I'll pick more if they don't make it.
 
Almirola for me too. He's not usually in contention, but he's consistent.
 
Does Kenseth count as a Dark Horse? He didn't win any races so far this year. If Kenseth doesn't count then my pick is Allmendinger.

I'd say he is. Even though he's been top-5 in points pretty much all year, his name rarely comes up when title contenders are discussed. I think that anyone other than Harvick, the Penske guys, and HMS exc. Kahne would qualify as a darkhorse.
