Decoy trailerWhich trailer is that? It is not the cup car hauler.
Probably 'taped' on...It's really the 5 trailer under the wrap. Protection from the 9 fanatics.
That's his merch hauler.Which trailer is that? It is not the cup car hauler. Maybe a merch trailer?
Exclaims @2 Sweet, as he infact takes the bait."You keep throwing this bait out there, but no one is biting. How disappointing that must be for you
Dude looks locked in. I'm sure he'll be balls out this week, but I'm really looking forward to the last 10 races. He wants it.
I don't fish for "likes." I speak my mind. I am my own favorite audience. You just nibbled by the way.You keep throwing this bait out there, but no one is biting. How disappointing that must be for you
So, you would understand this because we have chatted....others might spin, but whatever. I think it is very commendable how both drivers fulfilled their brand identity immediately, and then reflected the culture of the Hendrick team in the aftermath. As much as I do not root for Hendrick or either driver, this is a sign of both individual and team strength which has been Hendrick's signature for many years. I believe that there are elements of KFB living in both of them, but neither wants to assume that role, and the Hendrick brand won't allow it. Impressive. I did enjoy the show from that perspective. Emotionally, Chase looked like a guy who ate a bowl full of chili, drank a warm Coke, and was suppressing a giant fart."It's been a combative week for Elliott and Larson fans alike. A variety of online fans across the internet continue to defend their drivers and fanbase. Making our way over to the website called racing - forums, we see these debates ravage on. @Revman, with his provocative remarks, catching the attention of none, though only for a moment.
Exclaims @2 Sweet, as he infact takes the bait."

“I’d tell him congratulations” is Chase’s “everything’s great” moment. So, you would understand this because we have chatted....others might spin, but whatever. I thought it was awesome. We have one KFB, we don't need another. He told Larson to **** off beautifully....and then Larson carried the corporate banner after the comp meeting.....BTW.....Everybody knows that next time, Larson will do the same damn thing, right?“I’d tell him congratulations” is Chase’s “everything’s great” moment.
And he was wise to surprise that fart, especially in a white fire suit
Most intelligent thing you have ever posted.- burp -

He just doesn't want to see the resident Dr Phil go rambling. No further comment on thatSo, I directed this to @jaqua19 because, as I said, he would understand...and that others might spin. You don't, and you did.
I like Dr. Phil.He just doesn't want to see the resident Dr Phil go rambling. No further comment on that

Honestly, I think it's cool. They way they acted shows a loyalty to the team....I think JGR goes about it differently. They allow their drivers to be their own people, and then deal with the aftermath later. Hard to define the JGR brand unlike Hendrick or Penske because of this. I think the assumption is that the brand is enforced behind closed doors....but sometimes I wonder if there is too much leash.Love that final sentence.
I think you're right. I think Larson when irked is a whiny brat...and when Chase is irked, I think he's a spoiled frat bro. Over simplication for both. But we've seen that out of both of them. Larson sometimes sasses like a little girl. And Chase acts like a petty punk.
And I think you're also right that they both masked that well. Larson felt confident in him doing what he had to do to win, and Chase was rightfully upset.
And to your point about being able put on their brand mask, I DO think that shows a mutual loyalty to the organization, and a willingness to GENUINELY move forward.
What I think people miss is that teammates in general spend more time than you'd think together. Especially at HMS. Sometimes it's a lot easier to get angry and hash out a beef with someone you have a friendship with and I think that happened here. These are guys who work together, like each other etc. Larson got Chase into the dirt world. You don't go out of your way to do that if you don't like spending time with that dude. And a few cup incidents aren't going to ruin that.
I think what happened here is that Kyle wanted the win, Chase was pissed about Kyle using him up the way he did. Kyle owned it, Chase bit his tongue. They hashed it out Monday, kept it out of the media, and moved on.
I think this Kyle vs Chase thing is a whole lot of nothing

Yep. And this board will do what it does. Somewhere in the back I hear Elton John singing Circle of LifeI thought it was awesome. We have one KFB, we don't need another. He told Larson to **** off beautifully....and then Larson carried the corporate banner after the comp meeting.....BTW.....Everybody knows that next time, Larson will do the same damn thing, right?
When was the last time JGR had to deal with something like this, though? When Edwards dumped KyBu at Richmond for the win?Honestly, I think it's cool. Yeah, that and when Hamlin hung Kenseth for his first Daytona 500 win. After Richmond, I don't think Coach knew what to do....that was so weird. I think we saw what it means to drive for Hendrick. I think we know what it means to drive for Penske.....I am not sure what it means to drive for JGR honestly, and I think that is the criticism. We know what Coach's brand is, but does it--should it--reverberate throughout the team? I am not so sure. I am not slamming JGR....just pointing out the differences. When was the last time JGR had to deal with something like this, though? When Edwards dumped KyBu at Richmond for the win?
And it was nothing. And if you watch "After the Lap" at the end of the season, Carl and Kyle were joking about that. When was the last time JGR had to deal with something like this, though? When Edwards dumped KyBu at Richmond for the win?

Can fly an airplane tooFor a silver spoon that can't drive and doesn't deserve his ride, he has multiple wins on every track type. Hmmmm......

If it's "stolen," someone other than Dennis please. We have to keep the narrative of "can't win a championship" going.I don’t mind Chase and hope he wins a few more titles, but I lowkey hope Hamlin steals it this year after how Chase stole it in 2020.

1990 Winston Cup Champion.Haha I actually agree that Denny is just an abrasive version of Mark Martin, but I can’t think of other drivers more deserving.
