I was disappointed with Bonnie last night. Poor planning in the kitchen cost her the win.

I totally agree. It wasn't ALL Bonnie's fault. Her "girls" gave her a bunch of crap and what was with Melissa not being able to cook prawns? She was always so much SMARTER than the waffle house chef.
I knew Rock would win even those he had less than a stellar performance with his guys cooking, as well. He had more experience than Bonnie and dammit... I read a spoiler at the beginning of the season and it ruined the whole thing for me!!!
I'm impressed Bonnie got as far as she did and she really seems like a sweet person and was classy about Rock winning.
