I don't care for either driver but I didn't see anything he did wrong. JJ looked like he couldn't make up his mind if he wanted to pass inside or outside and that's what slowed him down.

Ha, try watching the race with your mother-in-law. Actually, she is a fan, but at 84, she has a hard time remembering who is what. Kept asking who is in the #2 car. Where is the #99...etc. Always talking about the also-rans (those park and starters). She could see the big screen tv but would ask "who is leading" and then would ask, who is that? I love my MIL, but some times she can get on my nerves.

Considerng it's the first race in and the excuse books haven't even been opened yet, I think I'd hold off on awarding the cup to either of them.
