It looks to me like you are trying to crucify Mikey on both ends of this deal. In your other post you are crucifying him for bringing NAPA over which is what employed these 100 employees, and now you are crucifying him again for losing NAPA which in turn unemployed these 100 employees. NAPA could have stayed at MWR just like 5 hour and Aarons did and those 100 employees would have never needed to have been laid off. But, they chose not to. Plus, if i remember correctly, Mikey kept everyone he could, and then did everything he could to help the laid off employees try to find other employment.

I think Kauffman has done loads more for the team than Mike has. MWR was a complete dumpster fire before RK bought 50%.
