Kevin Conway finished 14th the race and he didnt even run a lap within a second of the leaders...
Yes he was involved, when they showed the Joey Lagano in car view of the accident you could see him slam into Bobby. My guess is the 09 team just tried to keep the car out there knowing all they had to do was just survive and they would get a top 20.
