Cole Whitt out? Swan Racing downsizing Sprint Cup program.

Of course the car they're in has nothing to with where they finish. Rolls eyes..
If they're running the same equipment they were last year (likely) they're driving in years-old Ganassi chassis. Triad engines aren't much better than lawnmower engines either.

Klingerman hasn't even been close to finishing on the lead lap in cup. In fact, he has never finished on the lead lap. When he moved up higher into Nationwide series and only finished 9th overall for the regulars, and we know how lax the talent in Nationwide was last year, that was disappointing. Of course he wants to run cup for the money increase, but he won't be around long I'm afraid, finishing 20 laps down with an average finish of 37th. Involved in two crashes in 8 races also. I am just guessing, but my best guess is that Swan put two rookies in their cars hoping that one or both would step up and get a good finish and hopefully get stronger funding. Klingerman is the best of the two..and he isn't setting the world on fire. Just like horse racing, hoping for a long shot to come in.
Kligerman did pretty well last year considering he was driving the same cars KBM cars Kyle Busch couldn't drive to victory lane in the year before.

Well apparently for what ever reason, Swan is betting Klingerman over Whitt will get better finishes as the year goes on.

I think going down to one car no matter who the driver is should bring slightly better results.. Figuring that you'd be able to put more resources into just one car.

BK Racing (Official)
We have some very exciting news with this Toyota Racing Camry! Stay tuned! #NASCAR

Looks like Whitt may have found a temporary ride.

^
Bk has a nice sized budget, no? I'm happy for Cole if it is for him. Deserves a nice crack at this.

So explain this to me, now both Whitt and Kligerman lost their rides, but Whitt was lucky enough that BK racing swooped in but Kligerman lost his ride to Yaley? That's messed up.

...And Swan Racing called it a "Restructuring". LOL

Once again, why the hell expand when you can hardly keep one car going. Wrecks were not helping out as well. Know anything that resembles a Swan?

Should have gave Wawa a call. Make some badass bagels on the side of the car, if you know what I mean.

I was just thinking a fledgling two-car operation with a pair of rookies expanding into a three-car operation with a trio of rookies made financial sense. /s

And Kligerman...good grief. He showed last year he has potential, he just had terrible luck to start this season. I was excited to see him get an opportunity in Cup but now...

I guess the nightclub team will finally get to make some races now.

So essentially BK Racing bought Whitt and his crew for a third BK team in the #26?

And XXXtreme Racing just bought the owner points of #30 and the crew members?

And Kligerman stays with Swan with no crew so essentially he's unemployed?

That sound right?

And Kligerman and his crew might have a chance to run a few more races (but realistically doubtful)?

That sound right?

I believe so..
