Very familiar with that section of highway as it is near my shop.
The highway goes from divided to undivided near that point and on the northbound side the left lane merges into the right.
Sounds like the truck either didn't merge in time and went into the southbound lane. I wonder if someone would let the truck move to the right.
Anyway, it is sad to read of this death.
