Max points day. for the 48 and Good job Hendrick with a 1st, 2nd, and 4th Way to go!!!
Haha right, because everybody else wins on sheer driving talent; Jimmie is the only one who relies on equipment and a stellar crew to win racesCongrats Chad.. The real reason for the 48's success
It's funny, because I like Jimmie and Chad, I really do (especially Chad). It's just hard to get excited when Jimmie wins, though, because he's supposed to win. I knew he would win at Dover last week when they announced that the next race would be there, and that wasn't exactly a bold prediction. It's much easier for me to root for and get excited about an underdog. Hence the following:Jimmie gets no love around these parts. Only 7 congrats? C'mon people show some respect.
Plus, I already congratulated him in the race thread. It ain't like he's gonna see any of our posts anyway. LOL.*reluctantly and monotonous*
Congratulations Jimmie...
Not happening, he still hasn't won #6 yet, so don't count your chickens before they hatch! As Chad says....Jimmie is probably the best driver to come along in many years. He has it all.
All the Jimmie haters must really be in bad moods at this point, but wait, it will get worse for you when Jimmie wins number 7.
Exactly. Hendrick may have had the superior equipment, but when it came down to the end, the top two were racing with essentially identical cars (except Jimmie had older tires) and Jimmie still drove away.Congratulations Jimmy. With long green flag racing you can't give Chad credit for this one, the pit crew did what was needed and didn't screw it up.

You pick a winner and I will pick a winner and lets see who wins. Not happening, he still hasn't won #6 yet, so don't count your chickens before they hatch!
he got to get six first, then we can talk about seven. As Chad says....Jimmie is probably the best driver to come along in many years. He has it all.

For the Cup this year I'll go with MattYou pick a winner and I will pick a winner and lets see who wins.
I enjoyed Jimmie winning, especially knowing how much it bothers the haters. I just was trying to respect the grieving by keeping quite and classy, besides it isn't the first time Jimmie has scarred up their innards.
But again I respect those who are so painfully afflicted and feel like Jimmie was meanie for whipping their favorite driver so badly and for so long, truly a long time, like for the five long long years (aka known as FIVE TIME) when Jimmie was winning and as result insuring that driver wasnt winnig the championship(s).
However being a good poster, I find it necessary to answer the question about how Jimmie has won more chase races, than most of them have won in their entire careers (and the five time, consecutive titles x 5, if I forgot to mention them).
Yeh yeh yeh....I get it kind of like me with the Pats, all those years since 2001 of winning, you get used to it, spoiled and expect it to continue. JJ is a great driver, but I still don't like him and never will, and I always will cheer on any other driver as long as it isn't him.
