Crazy parking lot.

Crazy, I see a lot of newer cars in that video. I was there in '66-'67 and motorcycles, mostly Honda 50's, bicycles, and cyclo's were the means of transportation. Not many cars other than beat up taxi's. $800 a month? They didn't make $800 a year bad then.
 
It would be tough to manage, but definitely worth the effort. Some cities are quite proud of their parking lots. Chicago is one of those cities. We paid roughly $50 one day just for parking. It's one reason why I enjoy living in the city I do. While we have 390k people and a decent downtown area, there isn't enough amenities for their to be a demand for parking. Stick a few quarters in a parking meter and you are good for several hours.
