This is another reason y’all are insufferable.

You guys spend all race complaining about Alan Gustafson when he’s put Chase in position to win more times than not. Y’all complain about NASCAR screwing him when they have bent rules and outright ignores rules and precedents to help Chase.

Most of us say we like chase and think he’s the best driver who will win the championship, and you act like we hate chase and turn into cowboys fans with the “haters” talk that’s totally imaginary.

You want an “us against the world” and “underdog” narrative so bad when your guy is literally the opposite of underdog in every way.

It’s cult like **** man. Like watching a certain other cult claim to be oppressed.

Well, sure Alan is unquestionably one of the greatest crew chiefs of this generation, but Chase would be on the drive for 5 if any random racing forums poster was the CC
