Wrong guess by Bell. Thought Hocevar was going to pass him high so up he went and left the middle open. Came back inside too late with a crappy block and Bell took himself out.

On a green and white checker restart? Not much time to do that. Bell should have stayed tighter to the middle if he wanted a push...but no he wanted to block two lanes.
