Cup RACE thread ---- Kansas

Worked out that Chase had to push Joey to front for stage win. You just have to laugh sometimes...

U swear u know racing! It is crew chief Even I knew that was going to happen and it did. Should have just stayed out and been out front and got stage win. Dude had the best damn car.. could have just pitted after stages and started from back like he did at first and match his was to front like the beginning of race

If he stays out he may get stage win, but then he’s buried behind all those who did pit on stage restart. Back off the ledge...
 
Joey got saved by that caution. He'd be 5 or 6 out of the cutoff right now without that smh. Chase luck.

I already said that! Would have started prob like 19th he started 18th and passed cars in no time. I already know this and said this.. he prob had the best car to start the race
 
I know attendance is down across the board, but I'm confused why Kansas has 2 races.

The general finally shows up in a race thread when Kyle seems to have a winning car so he can pound his chest about "knowing".

He was tied with Joey at the cutoff and could have gained with the stage win. From then on its heads up. As it sits he is still trailing. It was risk/reward.
 
Just gotta say the end of the stage was wild.

I picked either the 18 or the 9 to win. 18 was fastest on all the lap averages. The 9 is in a must win situation, which I'd like. Chase's fans were complaining about him having junk...but being in a must win situation, with all the talk of chevy teamwork.. did anyone really think he WOULDNT be a contender today?

Probably gonna come down to the 19, 18, 9 and 4 today imo

somebody please get the non chase cars off the track.
just too much interference in race outcome with the no talent package.
