To be fair, it wasn’t raining until around 2:00 pm.

Late start times and night races are gonna bring a higher chance for rain, especially in spring.

IIRC the Xfinity race is scheduled for noon and the Cup race is scheduled for 4:00 pm.

The later the better for me. It's a travel day and hope to get off the road around 5.
Always interesting watching NASCAR making a rain decision.
At least I DVR'd the Atlanta Supercross race.

Me too I have to work in the morning / early afternoon. Hopefully I can catch the end of the race

Light rain starting to come down.

Having the cars on the track is nothing more to keep eyes on the TV to sell advertisements. It’s a sham.
 
This is a farce. No way they start this. Before interviewing Chase for tv, Gordon radioed to tell him they’d be coming to him. He asked “is track dry?” Chase shot back “helllllllllll no!”
 
I heard on Larsons radio that rain will be there at 930.
