As this point of the game Boston is beating the Yankees and Schilling is pitching with a bad ankle, the camera showed his blood soaked sock.
Schilling is one of the greats.

unfortunatly,i have to agree with you. he's pitchin lights out tonight and its killing me. i'm hoping that francone leaves him in too long like he did to pedro last year...

the yankees bats have to get going again sometime...
 
Well, Curt just gave up a homer. But....................it's still 4-1 bottom of the 7th.

hopefully this means the tide is turning. now why couldnt have bernie done that with a couple guys on base???
 
Did you see what A-Rod tried to get away with???? :angry: I am soooooo glad he isn't a Texas Ranger any longer! That was absolutely pathetic. Intentionally knocking the ball out of Arroyo's glove, never stepping on 1st base, and being called safe. Fortunately, the umpires SAW what happened, and he was called out and the Jeter run was removed!

GO RED SOX!!!
 
why the hell did i have to open my big mouth...

and whats wrong with what arod did? what is the difference between that and trying to knock the ball out in a collision at home? he did step on first afterwards though. the first base umpire called him safe early

Could not believe the performance that Schill gave --- what gut-buster.

Wouldn't have given you a plugged nickel for the BoSox after 3 straight loses.

You can't intentionally knock or slap the ball with your arms or hands....
 
Yes Curt is the man but I prefer Johnny Damon myself. ^_^

Oh ... sorry .... this was about Curt wasn't it ???? :unsure:
