Dale Jr getting a new-to-the-sport sponsor

The Duke Energy crooks aren't sponsoring anyone as long as they're underpaying property taxes.

To be more specific Jr Motorsports has become a Hendrick partner , and for all intents is the Hendrick arm in the Nationwide series . Their expertise is the reason for Jr 's Nationwide turn around this year . Also the reason for the departure of the Eurys . Had Danica stayed one more year in Nationwide , she would be leading in the points and headed toward the Nationwide championship . (This according to Andy , who feels any fool can pilot one of those cars to the front ). :D
 
well ok, after reading the latest on jayski it looks like from the tone of dale jr's comments they don't have a deal. Thats odd as they sounded like a deal was in hand. I always have to wonder if the thinking sometimes is, well if amp and dew are pulling out why would they if it was so good of a deal for them.

That is a weird report. Hendrick made it sound like it was a done deal. Dale Jr makes it sound like they still looking.
 
Saw the article on ESPN a couple days ago. Still needs a sponsor for 12 more races, how about Denny's or Ihop or even Waffle House. How about Bojangles, they haven't been on a car in a while or Hershey's. I wish he was a more dominant driver or I guess a dominant driver then we wouldn't be having this discussion. The fact that his name is Earnhardt & he's the most popular driver I don't think his going to be at his advantage for too much longer if he doesn't start winning more than once every few years...
