Roy Smith was tough to beat in any kind of car.

Those boys took a Winston West car to Daytona in 1982 and finished 10th ... never saw the place before that. Vancouver Island to Florida in one of JR Edgett’s pickups towing a box trailer.

Miss Jr racing, there was nothing cooler imo than being a Jr fan in the 2000-06 range. Wish he had won a Cup in that time. That 8 was dynamic and fit him so well, such a shame he couldnt keep it his whole career.

He is still the 8 to me and your first picture was my favorite car although he did have many good looking cars.
