Looks like the 1970 Mexico GP. That race had an estimated audience of 150,000 to 200,000. Fans stormed the track before all the cars had finished the race.

The year 1969. There’s a lot going on in this picture. First off Jerry Richer was a die hard Chevy guy. After the 1968 season he sold his car to Ed Provo. The 8 car happens to be Ed and Jerry’s old car. Jerry didn’t have a car to drive so Wes Beckett from Sault Ste. Marie, Canada let him use his #2 Ford.
