It will be interesting to see how the cars handle with the new changes they made for 2014, and i'm really looking forward to seeing how Alex Bowman does in the BK car. I wonder if that's a paid job, or does he still have to bring money to the table?

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (January 8, 2014) - Team Penske and Miller Lite announced today that Rusty Wallace, NASCAR Hall of Famer and the 1989 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion, will drive the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion this Thursday, January 9 during a NASCAR test at Daytona International Speedway (DIS). The occasion coincides with the 25th anniversary of Wallace's 1989 championship and the approaching 40th anniversary of the original Miller Lite beer.

Kinda cool I guess... I don't like him but I figured it was news worthy lol

The only issue with this Rusty story is that in 1989, when Rusty won the Cup Championship, he was driving the 27 car and the sponsor was Kodiak, not Miller.
Car owner, Beadle didn't acquire the Miller sponsorship until 1990.
To make up for the snafu, they should be forced to paint the car with the MGD paint scheme. :)

@keselowski

Can't wait to see @RustyWallace turn some laps in the white deuce. Just hope he lets me get back in it!

They should let Rusty, Jeff & Austin (#3) duke it out for 5 laps just for old times sake.

Anyone know the over/under on the number of times that Rust uses the term 'Hot Rod' when he climbs out of the White Deuce after his test laps?
How about "did I do that?"

AH---Raymond Beadle, my all time favorite driver, and car owner.

I could use a dose about now. I'm starting to get anxious for the 500. I'm even considering taking in the duels and the truck race.

It's about NASCAR season! I guess I can turn my attention back to Fox Sports 1...

Today - Sprint Cup drafting practice, 1-5 p.m. (LIVE ON FOX SPORTS 1)

They are really not going to let Rusty draft today, are they? Seriously, what could possibly go wrong?

I hope Brad brought the backup.
