I was banned from the forums at jimmyspencer.com in a record 2 posts earlier today. All I did was reply to a post that was supportive of his behavior at Michigan. In the response I pointed out that I had read many posts supportive of his behavior but none that pointed out that BATTERY is a FELONY, and that this is not the way a role model should act as part of a family orientated racing league such as NASCAR. I also pointed out to the violence condoning group that I felt a one race suspension was too lenient and I hoped the prosecutor of Lenawee County saw it that way as well.
They removed my post and banned me. Can you believe it? Just for pointing out that Spencer's actions were criminal. I was polite about it too.

I myself think that Jimmy waited too long, and actually Jimmy was quiet about everthing. Everytime him and Busch got into an altercation, and the reporters asked how he felt he kept it in and didnt say one bad thing, except that "He doesnt forget"! . Busch on the other hand was badmouthing Spencer every chance he could get a Microphone in his face. I say Spencer was JUST IN WHAT HE DID!!!!

Little elf boy got exactly what he deserved..... too bad ole Jimmy did have more time to extend the lesson!
The only way Jimmy would have been justified in hitting Kurt, would have been if Kurt punched first.
I don't give a rat's behind what the history of NASCAR is, there is no excuse for what Jimmy did.
Yes, I do find Kurt's attitude somewhat arrogant and touch flippant, but he did not deserve being ambushed while still in his car and helpless.

I don't know if anyone on here remembers but I was Racing-Forums President of the Jimmy Spencer Fan Club--donuts anyone?? I always liked how Jimmy gave his interviews and just him in front of the camera. But I do not think what he did to Kurt was right or justified. Be a man and at least wait till he can defend his self. IMO Jimmy's frustrated and maybe yesterday was the last straw. I don't know, what I do know is people around here (rookies) need to step back and see what kind of forum their on. I was on Jimmy's board last night and some of the comments where not that great, but it's their board--His fans. Welcome to all the new people here, but play nice people or 97 will call out the vampires!!!

I could care less about friendship from some of the so-called "fans" here that think physically attacking someone is the "just" thing to do and think it's a big joke. These people have clearly shown who they are so don't accuse me of being rash. Maybe they should find a WWF ( whatever it's called now) forum to satisfy themself. Isn't calling Kurt elf-boy name calling? I like racing and have been to other forums and was looking around tonight just to see what people were saying. Well, let's see if I can 'splain some of this to you. You see, you have 6 total posts, and if you have only read just the first few threads here, then I guess
that statement would justify your thinking. I will have to admit that I have done this:
I am guilty of calling Kurt Busch the Keebler Elf, or big ears. It was all in good fun and jest at another forum member who I am quite good friends with, and if I had the time, I would search for the thread so that you could read it. As to this

What I think sucks is that Jimmy had to take all of this verbal abuse from this little schit, and never did he retaliate back with any bad comments. All of this for over a year since their first altercation, but BUSCH is the ANGEL? NOT SO!!!!! This world has become poosy whipped...Ooooh; Talk it out!! BULLSCHIT!! Nobody deserves to be punched in the face like that; I don't care who they are. This isn't boxing, this is racing. Jimmy didn't even give Kurt Busch a fair chance to defend himself. Personally, I hope Spencer gets charged for his violent action.

Right or wrong, Jimmy resembles one of the last good ol boys of Nascar. In the 70's when I was around the pits, I saw a lot of punches thrown after races, and not just amoung the drivers. The pit crews were more ready to go at each other then the drivers were. It was cool!
Buddy Baker, Jr Johnson, Bobby and Donny Allison, Just to mention a few were the bad boys then, and all was well and kept in the pits.
Now we have these nancy boys who call the cops.
Hell I even saw Richard Petty go off on an A.J. Foyt crew member one friday afternoon. But no one really liked Foyt and his group anyway.
Little Kurty don't belong in Nascar!

That's sounds great to me. I think most of us are here because we love racing, I say most because some of the mean spirited stuff thatwas/is being posted makes me wonder what the posters are thinking.
Just look at the topic/poll here and about 50% right now think Kurt deserved it, and many seemed quite happy about it. Amazing! I would like to punch them in the face twice to see if they would feel the same way since I think they deserve it.

Jimmy Spencer a good old boy? He's been more like a headache the whole time he's been in the sport. Whether Kurt belongs in the sport or not, I still don't see how you can validate a sucker punch to the face like that. If Spencer wants to behave like that, he should understand there will be consequences.

I've watched and even participated in the sport for over 35 years and the Kurt Busch's of racing are better off driving sports cars in the road rally's.
Nascar needs to get back to the down and dirty days of stock car racing. American Style!
The late great Dale Earnhardt would patt Spencer on the back for that sucker punch.
You know I remember when Tim Richmond was learning to drive in Nascar, He was very humble and extremely respectful of the veterans, wrecking almost every race and taking others out with him, and they were hard on him, but he kept his mouth shut.
Tim Richmond reached a high level of respect from among all those drivers, and well deserved too.
Kurt Busch got what he deserved and he will lose more respect. If he presses charges, you will see him black balled like no other driver has been.
