I didn't read it!

I heard about it. He summoned for the authorities. He spoke to them, and if he presses charges, then he's through.

You watch, Busch either has to apologize and make ammends, or press charges, and if he presses charges, then no other driver will have anything to do with him.

He's a Vegas pansy who grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, a very big spoon I might add. Now he's acting like a lawyer. I'm telling ya, he's digging his own grave. But he never belonged there in the first place.

Most likely Mike Helton will step in and tell Kurty what to do.

Nascar is like a union, and it behaves like a union. To be honest with ya, I don't see much for Kurt Busch now anyway. He should have come out of that car with his fists flying.............that would have done him a lot of good. He should have faught hard to get at Spencer, but instead he cries!

Well, there's no crying is Nascar.

Las Vegas pansy ? What the hell are talking about? I'm from Las Vegas, and we dont mouth off over here like you do about this and that and about how the South is better than everyone else. Silver, I dunno who you are. You've just made this personal.

Well then where did you hear it?

Actaully I received a phone call last night. I didn't watch the race, was busy with my boys, but my Daddy called and told all about it.

Your in Vegas huh Happy29?

So is my Daddy. Actaully he works out at the track. Send me an email and we can hook up next time I'm in town. I might come out this week end.

My brother happens to be out there right now, he's a driving instructer.

Well sorry, for my outburst, I do end up doing that sometimes.

The race was in Michigan

the only thing wrong was jimmy hit him while he was in the car . If he had waited till he got out then kicked his ass i would have been OK with it.

I do not condone fighting but what was Jimmy going to do. NASCAR is not going to take his or Robby Gordons side over Busch no matter what the circumstances. I lost all respect for Kurt when he admitted to spinning Robbie in the Winsto last year. That is low class. Can you remind me what the punishmeant for those actions were. I mean, he was only playing with Robbies life and a $200'000 racecar.

Erm as far as the pressing charges thing goes. That is completley out of the hands of KB, that will be decided like it always has been by the authorities. Not tryin to step on anybodys toes. Just wanted to mention that is all. And the cops were already at the track, needles to say with that many people and that many alchohol in one place, ya need some enforcement.

Nascar has changed and changed alot. This is 2003. It not the good old days of Nascar. Nascar like other sports have rules. You have to inforce those rules. Busch was wrong for pushing Jimmy's button. and Jimmy was wrong by popping Kurt. But in the eyes of the law Jimmy was more in the wrong.

Some interesting things we gotta point out.

Busch ran out of fuel ironically in front of the 7 transporter. Now at that time Spencer hit his car from the back, then afterwards, he climbs out and socks Kurt Busch in the mug.

Jimmy Spencer said "He was protecting his team". That explanation from Mr. Excitement just doesnt make sense to me. I still cant believe that NASCAR would use this incident to put Busch on probation, when Busch was the victim in all of this.

He was protecting his team? From what a 150 pound Kurt Busch. Thats a joke

Thats one of the things I have a problem with. Kurt pitted with 2 laps to go and he doesn't get enough to get back to his hauler.

I with you, getting put on probation for getting punched in the face, apparently twice?

I just dont get it either. Unless Busch did something to merit the probation citation, ya know it just doesnt make sense, but then again we cant prove whether or not Busch did something.

I'm not sure if Kurt got what he 'deserved'....but he definitly doesn't fall into the 'innocent little boy' category either...

Key word - innocent.

:p
