Dirt Late Models 2025

That's Huset's for you. World class facility and owner, third rate track surface that can rarely hold up for an entire race, let alone an entire night.

Sadly, that's how Lucas has operated the last few years. They've given up on these bullrings with some lesser facilities for these palaces that don't have good racing. Sound familiar?

Watching Southern Nationals @ Tazewell on Flo. They have a medical emergency in the infield...no ambulance onsite. How could they be racing without an ambulance/EMS?

The PDC is a great race, one of the only true crown jewels that WoO late models have. But it's one of those events that has three last chance features followed by an actual final last chance consolation race in which the winner gets to choose to enter the main event if he wants. Not to mention the modifieds running their full program. It's all a bit much. Someone wake me up when they're done with the rework and the main event rolls off.

Oh now the rain has arrived and it'll either start in a couple hours or tomorrow. Never mind.

They waited the rain out and got the track packed back in. A-Main is rolling onto the track at 2:15 AM. No curfew to worry about in Fairbury.

Fairbury usually does have a curfew, but it gets waived for the PDC. Which is good, considering it was close to 3AM by the time the feature was over

I was checking my eyelids for leaks. This stuff isn't very important to me anymore. It's strange how at some point it's like watching a parade or fireworks. Seen one seen them all.
