The Orlando paper was suing to make sure that the term "public record" means just that, not only certain hand picked items. No one was interested in seeing gory photos from Dale's crash, but public record has to mean every item.
I'm actually looking forward to the up coming revelations about the France divorce. It's none of mine or anyone's business what did or didn't happen in their marriage. But i'd like to know what secrets were worth the million dollars or so that Brian has spent fighting the release of the records over the last several years.

IMO that's BS. The Orlando Sentinel wasn't interested in anything more than it being what they were, autopsy photos of Dale Earnhardt. Period.

I agree, the trash rag tabloids would pay a ton of money for those and said so.
