Still waitn on that beer money for the link to be shown!
I expect to see Mayfields name pop up.
I certainly don't mean to turn this into an Earnhardt thread but I will say this. The autopsy report was released and is in the accident investigation report that was released to the public. It is only the pictures that weren't released. That's all they were fighting for. Nothing more than being able to print the pictures of a dead driver.
As far as France goes I couldn't care less how much he makes or is paying his wife.
IMO that's BS. The Orlando Sentinel wasn't interested in anything more than it being what they were, autopsy photos of Dale Earnhardt. Period. The Orlando paper was suing to make sure that the term "public record" means just that, not only certain hand picked items. No one was interested in seeing gory photos from Dale's crash, but public record has to mean every item.

I'll agree to disagree with you on that.

Fair enough.
I agree, the trash rag tabloids would pay a ton of money for those and said so.IMO that's BS. The Orlando Sentinel wasn't interested in anything more than it being what they were, autopsy photos of Dale Earnhardt. Period.
