Dodge sues Bill Davis Racing

If Doge gets what they want then it is smart on there half! It will also keep other teams from doign the same type of things! Ganassi will really have to watch this closely! More thanliekly he will want to become a Toyota team. Jayski say that Chip might run a Toyota Tundra for Shelby Howard next year!

The impending arrival of TOYOTA must really have Mopar feeling a bit defensive.

On a related note,FORD pulled a similar thing recently by forbidding Greg Biffle from running a CTS race in a Dodge.Just crazy the way the manufacturers are getting so possesive,IMO.
 
I personally think that Davis should dump anything Dodge related right back into their laps with a "thanks for nothing" memo. Did any of you see any of this kind of crap when Dodge was approaching Chevy/Ford/Pontiac teams before they "Officially" entered the Nascar scene. No you didn't because those manufacturers recognized the reality that other makes are gonna express interest and are gonna find ways to become involved. What a bunch of crap and it is really too bad that it was not Penske, with all his legal clout, that was the team to take this initiative. Course Penske would have just said ____You and took his money and went back to Fords. Too bad Bill Davis doesn't have that kind of bucks.
