Does this mean Joey should update his resume?

We're likely to see Stenhouse in a Ford with Home Depot sponsorship in the near future. Logano hasn't even come close to living up to the hype and Lowe's is kicking their butts. It's only a matter of time.

I pray that Penske gets Ricky. When Carl Edwards tries to copy his racing line week after week, you know the kid has talent. He should have been in a cup car this year, but stayed loyal to Jack and didn't look for another ride. I doubt he does the same this year if there are openings.

What make you so sure Stenhouse would do any better?

Both of those links confirm that I am correct in that there is no factual evidence that The Home Depot has made any statements regarding Joey's performance. Actually, I don't even know why you posted them.

I posted them to piss you off, wanna argue that too. Sorry we have different opinions on what's going on. I know from all your other posts that bothers you.

For me, the same reasons I knew Keselowski was a better driver than Logano when he came into Cup. Stenhouse has a ton of natural talent, far beyond what Joey has developed after a lifetime of golden child advantages. I think Logano has the ability to develop into a top driver, he just needs to start working harder. One rain win after 4 years with a championship organization, championship team and a championship CC says it all. If he doesn't make the chase this year, he should race NW and work his way back to Cup.

If RFR can't find sponsorship for him, you can be sure that someoe else will. I do think that Roush was correct to keep him in NNS for another year instead of hurrying him along as he did with Ragan.

Loyalty is one thing but in the big leagues you take a ride if you can get it as they don't just offer themselves up every other day.

I think David Ragan was showing as much promise as Joey when he lost his sponsor. Ricky is in much the same position Brad found himself in back in 2009. Ricky didn't look for a Cup ride last year out of loyalty, and Brad turned down Penske out of loyalty to Jr. The next year, Brad knew there wasn't any room for him at HMS, and moved on. Ricky may end up on the short end, because Trevor Bayne may attract a cup sponsor before he does. Then he'll be sheet out of luck at Roush, with no open seats to go for.

Apparently I've made myself the board whipping boy. :(

Time for me to take a few days off from here, it seems.
