Dover Race Thread

I would really like to see Jeff Burton win it in a unsponcered car. that would be cool.

After watching today I have to agree with DW, This is Bristol on Steroids

Jeff Burton just may get a permanent sponsor if he finishes in the same spot that he is now!
He has had a great day. no matter what the outcome is.

Only thing I can say without unkind words words coming out.

This place needs safer barriers more than most. hopefully they will be in place for the next race.
They said today that they should be in place by the next race. Eagle 1 I heard Matt's comments on the radio and your right.

I agree, I'd like to see MM get back to the Winners circle, but Tony's looking pretty tuff with fresh tires.

Kat. If Jeff Burton don't win would like Mark to win. But I will say that Tony will he has a strong car. Maybe stronger than Mark's.

VERRRRRY STRANGE RACE!!!!! Not typical Dover and I hope Guido got to stick around for the race after the show!

Congrats to Mark Martin and his crew!!! And great job by Tony for hanging on to 2nd!

Congrats to Mark Martin and the Viagra crew!!

Congrats to Tony for hanging onto 2nd.

Congrats to Mark!!!!! He needed a win big time!!!!!
Glad to see Tony hang on to 2nd too.
Weird race today. And that is the kindest thing I can say!!!!!

I would say it was almost a typical Dover race...........haven't seen a "big one" like today's, but Dover is known for it's unexpected turn of events. How do you think it got it's nick name? :D The track almost always bites a huge number of teams..........today's was a little more than usual, but really not that much. I liked it..........not the best Dover race I've seen, but not the worse either!! :D

Jr. would have had second. only needed a couple more laps.

Even JR admitted he didn't have it to beat Tony for 2nd! He tried to take the air off Tony, didn't work, tried high and low to pass, couldn't do it.....Tony drove SMART today!

A couple more laps with Jr taking the air off his spoiler and I think Jr would have had him!! I think Tony knew it too!! :D

That was absolutely unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a race....everyone of my fantasy league picks was is one of the wrecks! :(

Oh well, I guess it's on to Pocono!!

Ok, we'll remember that when your horse can't cut it in the last couple of laps.
