in the interest of equal time
What would say about the tape that brought a caution out the week before? Or the times nothing is shown always after a green flag pit cycle? There is reasons the sport has lost fans...as a fan I have right to complain.
Complain all you want , but don't make stuff up . Listen in to the Nascar audio ,find out what is truly going on out there . That debris was likely in the racing groove when it was spotted ,and was moved down by cars hitting it ; the tape you mention probably looked like sheet metal from a distance ; And the debris that isn't shown could be in someones radiator or up in the stands by the time they get the cars under caution . There isn't a driver or crew member that believes there are 'fake' cautions , only misinformed fans . There is never a 'fake' caution when your driver is running second , or about to go a lap down , that should tell you something.
