Dover

I'm so glad Kasey's pit crew is going to cost him advancing.

I don't. I'm getting into shape because I'am considering getting back into sports... I'm not big on fried foods, etc.

I run between 2-4 miles three days out of the week.
Good for you mate! Lotta water & lotta stretching. Best of luck

Still a lot of race left, but that seriously cost them. I thought Kasey said it was the set of tires that was kind of defective?

Its going to be hard to make up all that time.

Unless we have a thousand cautions in the last 100 laps like last year. Didn't at least two drivers make up 2+ laps during that stretch?

Nah, I think this does it.

The chances of a caution free race for Kahne is slim. Patrick is at risk of getting lapped :p

Harvick deserves this one. He should have about 6 or 7 wins already and he's been dominant today.

We've seen this movie before, though.

Jeff been saying his car has been a little tight all damn day. Put a wrench in that bitch, Alan.

Harvick the closer. lol needs to change that nickname.

^ He's done just about everything right. Its just small stuff like this and so many other issues he should have about 6 races won IMO.

And a Nationwide title. Now let's talk about their neighbors down the street....

I was talking about Riggs, I think I quoted the wrong post.

And man, Harvick has no luck, does he? Luckily he's far enough ahead in the points to where he should be able to avoid elimination.

This stuff happens when you put too much emphasis on speed alone. You gotta have a balanced car. Not just a fast one.
