A 48 car field to trim by 5 if all actually show up. The non regulars mentioned are likely all very low on the prov list and will need to post times to make the grid. Should probably put Shawna in that group as well. Two or three of them are likely to do so, meaning some more the usual names might have short weekend.

I like when qualifying means making the race to some teams.

Yeah We say that every week and as far As I know it hasnt happened yet. Maybe It will happen this week though. Greg Biffle Is sure to make the field and Tony Raines and Stacy Comton also have decent chances...the same for Shawna.

With 7 provs to protect the regulars it is hard to crack the field for a part timer. With this many entries, and the provisional rules a driver with a faster time than a provisonal starter will go home.

I'll tell you what, it's great to see a Melling car back in the field again. I hope they can make the field and run well.

It is good to see the Melling name in WC again. Erinie should donate a one off powerplant to the team to help them out. Without Melling there may have never been an Awesome Bill.

It will be interesting to see Greg Biffle attempt to make the field. This is Jack's home track,so that might help.

Yeah he did well in a race earlier this year...maybe at lowes?. And since its a Roush car...Im sure it will be in the show.

that would be inreresting to see half the parttimers make it in on time.;)

ummm, I dunno if nobody else noticed this but there is no number 1 on the entry list... oh wait, there it is nevermind :p
