Errors while posting resulting in double post

I received the following error today when posting my first post. After I closed down the window I chose the post button again. At that point it posted my reply twice but without an error. I've since deleted the duplicate post. I just thought you'd want to know. Perhaps it was just a fluke?

I have had that happening again too.Not to often maybe twice in two days.
