From what I see the majority on this board dislike ethanal and it's been proven that everything the government said is good about ethanal turns out to be a load of crap. So why do so many believe that the government paid scientist are telling the truth about global warming?

Yeah! I had an old POS gas mower and traded it (and $100) for this electric model. It was a program sponsored by the Air Quality Management District - just one of California's innumerable regulatory agencies.
My home state can no longer be referred to as the "Golden State".
Our rating has been downgraded to the "Tin State".

I believe it...I think the proof is in the puddin'. With the melting of glaciers and the polar ice caps I think it's pretrty evident that the climate is changing. Is it changing over night?...NO....

This has been going on for years and years and years.

I doubt many around here believe that crap either. Most people that have intelligence and think for themselves probably know better.
Back on the ethanol is crap subject, anyone here have a marine engine gummed up with that **** yet? Talked to a few guys at the lake I go to this weekend and they were telling me about having their boat motors completely screwed up by that **** and having to get them rebuilt.
The mechanic at the seadoo place where I get oil and whatever for mine told me that business has doubled the last couple of years just because of ethanol. He's having to do work on engines that are a year or so old with problems that he used to see on engines at least 7 to 10 years old. I've been using some additive in mine that he told me about and haven't had a problem yet but I can tell it doesn't run as well as it did the beginning of last summer.
