The spat between Bush and Logano was fantastic for the sport but you know MARS CO. is NOT happy

they are gonna be calling Joe Gibbs. "We are a family friendly company!"

I can see moms writing in "My kid is a kyle busch fan and hes gonna think its ok to punch people! we will not but mars products! Im too busy being on my phone to tell him punching people is wrong!"

we need more sponors of alcohol, tobacco, energy drinks and manly products. Testosterone not estrogen

I think a Helicopter mom would think this, but, a down to earth mom with any common sense will see it as someone standing his ground for being done wrong (in Kyles mind he thinks he was done wrong).

Great idea. We all know there are hundreds of companies like those standing in line, begging to sponsor a race team.

Dude, I guarantee you, the teams have already called 'testosterone' companies and anyone else they can reach. Apparently they're not willing to sign contracts, and Mars and the other 'estrogen' companies are.

If it bothers you so much, call the alcohol and manly products marketing departments and convince them they should sponsor a car. Maybe you can do better than the marketing people NASCAR and the teams pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to sell sponsorships. Let us know how it goes. Remember, tobacco companies are prohibited by federal law from advertising in any sport. Remember that Monster's contract grants them exclusive access to at the Cup level, and blocks any other energy drink from participating.

While you're on hold, have a big, cold, frosty mug of economic reality.

As stupid as people are, as much as they love to complain, as popular as "fake outrage" is nowadays.....I don't think there's one single person out there who will stop buying M&M's because of Kyle Busch's actions yesterday.

So yeah, I doubt Mars is concerned about it.

Ha! I'll bet you there are people who picked up extra M&M's today BECAUSE of the fight.

Pretty sure Mars knows what they signed up for.. Year after year.. After year.. After year

Kyle puts the car out at or near the front on TV with great regularity and also spends a significant amount of time in Victory Lane. Mars knows what it is getting...exposure and wins.

Family friendly sponsors have been around for years. Go back 25 years and look at some of the sponsors: Tide, Maxwell House, Country Time Lemonade, Kodak, Snickers (yep, Mars was around then too), etc. Certainly not a new phenomenon.

You mean Vermont Teddy Bear didn't kill NASCAR?

Heck, I've never liked Kyle Busch and have never given a thought to avoid M&M's. Those things are awesome regardless of who's behind the wheel.
You got that right. Those almond ones are to die for!

(Funny mime or vine ladyspartan)

Well, nevermind the Pennzoil thing, I still got a little over 1,000 miles until my next oil change. So, next week probably LOL.

I remember back in '94, Ted Musgrave and Derrike Cope got into a heated disagreement, I don't remember at which track but I think it was Michigan. One of the columnists in Winston Cup Scene that week brought up the humor in that situation, as the two drivers involved in the scuffle were sponsored by The Family Channel and The Children's Miracle Network.

A lady who had her child at a Hooters late one night ...
Okay, 'had her child at Hooters' can cover a lot. Does that mean she brought in an existing child, or gave birth to a new one there, or was in the act of conceiving it on the premises?

Also, did she then or had she ever worked there? It could be employee bias...

"You may be a redneck if you hold the wedding reception at Hooters because the bride gets the employee discount."
