Few notes from this race...so far

There was a few attempts at 3wide situations but no one made pases like that. I mean if you count 2 guys letting off the gas so they would not wreck then I guess.

And correction, you saw Gordon and Logano come from teh back multiple times. You're making it sound like every car did that.

There was 3 wide passing, go back and watch the race. Did I say every car? NO ...man some people just want to find every negative thing about a race that they can, even if it didn't happen! Get a clue dude, this was by far the best Bristol race in years!

I agree.. The best race since the 07'-08' repave... But the old Bristol was epic!

The Old Bristol was good but this race was better because they could pass and didn't have to shove each other out of the way on the lower groove to do so. I'll take Sat. nights' race over old Bristol any day!

Yes - that is a three wide pass. KuBu, Carl Edwards and Montoya made some 3 wide passes work. Kasey should have utilized the lap traffic infront of Kenseth to make a 3 wide pass on the bottom but no balls.

It was a Bristol RACE. Not a Bristol green flag snoozer like in the past 5 years or a Bristol demolition derby like 10 years before that. This was an actual exciting short track race where the winner could have been anyone in the top 10 in the last 20 laps.

IMO This one one of the top 3 this year... of course Im biased because it was my driver going up and down the field like yoyo but still.. great race.. and as far as one groove... bull... the high line is faster, so 99% of these guys are setting up their cars to run that lane.. Kahne, Gordon and Logano were all able to pass on the bottom. It took a while longer and one mistake gets you freight trained but theres racin room down there for sure.
