Well that was a good race, gives me some hopes for good racing tomorrow.

I told you guys last year to keep an eye on this kid, because I knew if he could find a little money he could be the next star. He was a teammate to the kid that I was helping in the midgets out here on the West Coast and the Chili Bowl. Alex is a really nice kid and a really, really good driver.:)

I remember that and confused him with Larson. While all eyes are on Larson, Bowman is getting it done. All this young talent will take over Cup in a few years, and it's going to be exciting to watch. Then we'll hear 'old timers' like Kyle, Joey and Brad complaining about how the new kids race them.

I think your right, FB.;) I'm really enjoying watching Larson, Bowman, and Swindell right now. We might have to nickname them the "Brat Pack" because they are so young. lol:)
 
I was at the race Saturday. I haven't yet watched the broadcast, which is parked on my DVR, but from the grandstands, it was a Great Race! There were challenges up front all day! There was action further back for the entire race. It was the best race that I had seen at Fontucky - to that point. (I think the CUP Race was even better.)

I was impressed with Pee Wee's line at the top. That was the difference in the race!

I was impressed with Kyle Larson. That kid is something else!

I was also impressed with Travis Pastrana! He stayed out of trouble, logged the laps and brought home a clean racecar.

It's gonna be a great Nationwide Season! Mad respect to Sam Hornish too!!!

They did a really good piece on Alex Bowman tonight on Race Hub.
 
Saw that, apparently he's been working on his public image before he went public.. And not just practicing his autograph.
