This is one of the most complete stat sites on the web, goes back quite a few years with race results and has stats for most every NASCAR driver since 1949. Some of the stats are misleading as full results prior to 1972 are iffy. The site can also be slow.

That's a good site, Hardscrabble. The one quibble I have is that, when a driver fails to finish a race, their final result isn't posted in their individual stats. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Yeah, that is part of its deception at times. For the races which have full results posted you can look up the resulets and figure what spot a DNF is.
The other thing to be aware of is that if you look at drivers stats for some of the older races, only wins are figured into a drivers stats.
Still it has more complete records than any online site I know of right now. Decades of Racing has some good stuff, but again lists mostly winners only.
