I believe in order to get garage passes, you need to know someone important or be invited by a team or sponsor. I don't think you can buy them.

Buy pit passes.

Garage passes are controlled by NASCAR.

Yep, we have our UNOH pit passes. Hot passes are regulated and distributed by teams and high level people in the sport. Hard to get.
