Judging from the empty seats for the NNS race, that's why the decision was made by the track's owners.

Weren't they in the same group that owns Dover and the former Memphis track?
I guess now the Nationwide will end up at Pocono. Please no!!!

Yes, Dover Motorsports, Inc owned Memphis & Gateway as well as the Monster Mile.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bruton Smith bought Gateway, not for the oval but for the drag strip.
