My many thanks to the owner and administrator for all their diligent work to get this site back up and running. I know they tried hard to restore everything...... but.... to no avail. It can be looked at much as a house fire. Many valuables were lost but in the end...... no lives were lost. Just start the rebuilding process.



Thank you for taking the time and effort to keep this place going.

You all do realize that this is just not an isolated thing I hope.

Earthquakes are happening all over the world...the volcano near Mexico City is erupting like crazy...Yellowstone is cranking up and super heated steam is coming out more than ever.

Add to that Carl won at Bristol and Danica didn't get spun out late in the race...odd things are happening :eek:

Not sure how much data was lost, but the last post in the Bold Predictions thread now predicts Herb Thomas to win the championship. ;)
 
The only thing I see wrong here is the Thread title. It's great to be back! The abrupt halt of the forums reminded me of when I quit smoking long ago. Probably a habit just as hard to kick. This time though, it's time to get back at it..... racing-forums.com that is.

Glad to be back among the diehard NASCAR fans.
 
Skoalbandit33 here and I echo the sentiments of other and thank the owner(s) and others that went to the time and expense to get RF back up and running. I was unable to sign in under my old login info so I have a new account. I am hoping can get my old account back as it still shows up and cancel this one but for now I ain't worried about it.

LOL as they are even letting stinker like me back! It was funny as when the site went down I thought I had received the boot but I couldn't figure out what for. Then I tried to get in under my old nick and it would not let me so I signed up again and am hoping to stick around for a longtime!!!
 
You are even back Downunder. Great to be able to read the gossip again.
 
I need to confess, I went to a different race chat room last week.

Glad we're all back. I thought something bad had happened.
 
Does anybody know if NASCAR broke the website because of all the mean truthful said about the old NASCAR as they persue title sponsorship
